My stay at the hotel was such a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were well-decorated and cozy, providing me with the comfort I needed. However, it felt a bit like they were trying to sell everything under the sun in there which was a bit off-putting. The service was top-notch, with the staff always going the extra mile to make sure I had a great time, but the dining options left me wanting more, especially for the price I paid. The location was excellent, within a short walk to the beach, but the ongoing construction work nearby was a bit of a nuisance.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from the shopping outlets and Ocean Drive. The rooms were significantly better than expected, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and kind, especially with the children at the patio pool. The dining experience was lovely, especially being able to sit outside near the pool and having everything within walking distance for a day of sightseeing.
